A little more about Kenji
Kenji leads day-to-day engineering — code review, on-call, sprint planning, and the never-ending calibration of our engineering ladder. He came from Notion where he was engineering manager on the mobile team through Series C.
He runs a mostly-async engineering culture from Tokyo and is the reason our PR review median sits at 4 hours despite being spread across 12 timezones.

Currently working on
