Rafael leads Joblo's small but influential data team — the people who own our matching algorithms, our search ranking, and every experiment that touches how candidates and employers find each other.
Before Joblo he was a research engineer at Anthropic. He brings the ML rigor of a research lab to the practical work of running a marketplace.
